"Just didn’t feel super reliable"
I ordered from this shop one evening after dinner, mostly because I’d been meaning to buy the item for a while and finally decided to just do it. The order went through, but after that the whole process felt kind of shaky. The updates weren’t very clear, and I kept checking my email wondering if something had gone wrong or if I had missed some important detail. Maybe other people have had totally fine experiences, and maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but for me it didn’t really inspire much trust. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

"Not gonna lie, this was frustrating"
I ordered an item that was listed as available, only to be told later that it was actually out of stock. Not gonna lie, it was really annoying and felt like a waste of my time.

"Frustrating site to get through"
I tried browsing the site, but it just felt slow and kind of all over the place. Maybe I was already annoyed from the way the pages were loading, but the filters seemed confusing and checkout kept bouncing me around instead of letting me finish. I eventually just gave up...

The blessing text on the item wasn’t right and didn’t really match what I thought I was ordering. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “sorry for the mix-up, we’ll look into it,” which was fine, but the details still felt off to me.

"Shipping cost was way too much again"
I was about to order a few things, but once I saw the shipping cost, I just gave up. It was almost as much as the items themselves. I know international shipping isn’t free, but this felt really over the top. It’s frustrating running into the same issue again, and it made me cancel the whole order

I kept checking the delivery date, and it just kept changing over and over. How are you supposed to plan around that? The order never showed up on time, why would I order from them again after that?

"Exchanging it was more trouble than it was worth"
I bought this as a gift for my brother, but it ended up being the wrong size. I figured exchanging it would be simple, but it turned into way too many back-and-forth emails, and I had to cover the return shipping myself. Customer service did respond, just really slowly. After a while, I gave up and kept it because it didn’t feel worth the hassle.

"Box showed up crushed"
My order arrived with the box badly crushed and barely taped shut. Everything inside looked like it had just been tossed in without much padding, which was really frustrating. I expected it to be packed a lot better, especially for something that should’ve arrived safely.

"Something Felt Off"
I’m not sure this is authentic. It just didn’t feel right when I received it, and it’s definitely not what I expected. I wouldn’t buy it again, and I’m hoping the seller can make this right with a refund or some kind of compensation.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering from overseas: my shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, the package arrived much later than expected, and getting a response from support took longer than I would’ve liked. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me, it wasn’t really worth the stress. I’d recommend checking shipping timelines and reviews carefully before ordering internationally.
